The objectives of TOUCH Sub-Centre are to serve the Ethnic Minority groups:

1. To promote the holistic development of all ethnic minority people and families.

2. To promote the same right to learn, to contribute, and to share. 

3. To empower their strengths and strive for the betterment of our society.

4. To establish a socially inclusive society which respects differences and appreciates diversity.
