YOUTH & FAMILY TEAM SERVICES

YOUTH NETWORK
The Youth Network is committed to supporting young people as they navigate the challenges of Hong Kong’s rapidly changing social and educational environment. Facing pressures from family, studies and peers, youth need not only guidance, but also connection, encouragement and opportunities to grow.
Through diverse programmes and peer-based activities, we empower young people to discover their strengths, build confidence and develop leadership skills. We nurture their all‑round development and encourage critical thinking and responsible decision‑making.
To strengthen the youth community, we organise Exchange Tours, Career and Life Planning Programmes, Leadership Training Programmes, and Volunteer Training and Service Activities. Through mentorship, teamwork and community engagement, we aim to cultivate resilient, confident and socially responsible young leaders who grow together and contribute positively to society.

WOMEN NETWORK
The Women Network is dedicated to empowering women by fostering social inclusion, mutual support and personal growth within the community. We recognise that many women face challenges such as cultural adaptation, language barriers, family responsibilities and limited social networks, which may affect their confidence and participation in society. Our network provides a welcoming and supportive platform where women can connect, share experiences and build meaningful relationships.
Through a variety of social inclusion and supportive theme‑based programmes, including skill‑building workshops, wellbeing activities, family enrichment programmes, community engagement initiatives and peer support groups, we encourage women to strengthen their abilities, expand their networks and enhance their sense of belonging. By promoting confidence, resilience and active participation, the Women Inclusion Network nurtures empowered women who support one another and contribute positively to the wider community.

FAMILY AND CHILD WELFARE SERVICE
Family is the fundamental unit of society, meeting the essential needs of each member, including clothing, food, accommodation, transportation, a sense of belonging and emotional support. Guided by long‑standing moral and ethical values, family culture has always played an important role in nurturing care, respect and responsibility. However, as Hong Kong’s family structure has shifted from large extended families to smaller nuclear families, traditional support networks have become more vulnerable.
Our Family and Child Welfare Services are committed to supporting individuals and families in need, with the goal of strengthening family bonds and enhancing mutual understanding. We provide a variety of programmes for parents, elderly members and young children, creating opportunities for meaningful interaction and shared experiences. Through elderly support activities, child development programmes and family‑based initiatives, we aim to foster closer relationships and build harmonious, caring and resilient families.
